Primero Y Segundo was incorporated on the 11th day of April, 1984. It started as a humble 2,000 square meter scrap yard located in Valenzuela City, Philippines. The company used to just purchase and consolidate ferrous scrap metals locally.

It was during the 1996 boom in the metals recycling industry all over the world that Primero Y Segundo was given an opportunity to continually export to countries in the continents of Asia, India and Europe.

At present, the company has already expanded into a 10,000 square meter lot and is currently exporting both ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals all over the world.
